在上海美术馆参展水彩、油画、版画等。
七十年代与上海名家颜文樑,刘海粟,唐云,朱屺瞻,张大壮,张充仁,雷兩等中西画画家交往。涉足素描,水彩,油画,版画,国画等所有画种。

In the 1950s, he won the first place in Shanghai Children’s painting competition and won awards in children’s art exhibitions in Eastern European countries for many times. In the 1960s, he won the second prize in the sea adult amateur painting competition, and published sketches, comics, illustrations, woodcuts, etc. in various newspapers and books in Shanghai. Participated in watercolor, oil painting, printmaking, etc. in Shanghai Art Museum.
In the 1970s, he communicated with famous Shanghai painters such as Yan Wenliang, Liu Haisu, Tang Yun, Zhu Qizhan, Zhang Dazhuang, Zhang Chongren, thunderstorm and other Chinese and Western painters. Involved in sketch, watercolor, oil painting, printmaking, traditional Chinese painting and other paintings.
At the middle age, he turned from politics to journalism. He was a colleague of the same instrument Bureau as Hu Bangguo, and later transferred to Shanghai Economic Commission as secretary with instrument director Yu Pinfang.
In the 1980s, it was transferred from the Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission to the newspaper approved by the Ministry of culture to establish a central national post office for Instrument Science and technology. In the late 1980s, pingdiao Guangming Daily set up a software publishing department in Shanghai and served as the director of the book editorial office (county and regimental level)
He also received calligraphy from Lu Dingyi, former Vice Premier and Minister of the Central Propaganda Department.
In the early 1990s, he was invited to participate in the Pudong Development of Shanghai in the name of the director of the book editorial office of Guangming Daily, and was entrusted to edit and publish the Pudong Development Series at the invitation of the organization department. In the late 1990s, he immigrated to Australia and successively served as the founding editor of the Australian Overseas Chinese newspaper, the founding editor of the Melbourne daily and the assistant to the president of the new tide newspaper.
In 2008, Tengfei Australian Chinese News Agency was founded to provide free original news of the Chinese community for all Chinese media.
In 2014, the website of take-off Australian Chinese News Agency was established, and partners were successively formed with the overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the Federation of overseas Chinese, China News Agency, people’s daily, Hong Kong News Agency, etc.
In 2015, he became Vice President of the world Chinese Media Association.
In 2016, he was elected vice president of the International Federation of Chinese journalists.
