Wu lingyi, formerly known as Stephen J. Zhang , born in Shanghai, member of World Chinese Writers Exchange, Victorian Chinese Writers Association and Australian Chinese Writers Association. Director of the Flash Fiction Society. Anglican priest. Vice President of World Poetry. One of the main Diaspora Chinese writers in Oceania.
During his college days, he started his literary career with translation of an American novel in Yilin Press. He came to Australia in the 1990s as a skilled migrant and has been doing business in Europe and Australia for a long time. Upon settling in Melbourne in 2009, he studied at Melbourne School of Theology and Ridley Theological Seminary and holds a Mdiv. with ACT.
In 2018, he came back to the commitment of creative writing, and at the invitation of Ouyang Yu and other poets, he joined Otherland and other poets groups. Short fictions, novellas and poems have been published in a variety of major Chinese literary journals such as Lotus, Literary Harbor and Sichuan Literature, Anhui Literature, Genesis Poetry, South Bank and Rough Plainsetc.
In 2019, he won Chinese Writers Festival Prose Award in Australia. In 2020, he received the honors including the Ewing Trust Writer Award and the Excellence Award of the 3rd International Mini Poetry Competition; His first story collection Genesis: The Last Summer of the Water Spider, published in Taiwan, was the recipient of the Overseas Chinese Writing Award in 2020; His poems were selected in Poetry Reference 2020 and Selected Chinese Poems 2020(Flower City Edition). In April 2021, Exodus: Riding The Fish Away was published as a critically acclaimed story collection. He currently lives with his wife Gracie and two Children in Melbourne.
武陵驛
武陵驛，原名張群，生於上海。世界華文作家交流會、維州華文作家協會和澳洲華人作家協會會員。微型小說學會理事。聖公會牧師。《世界詩歌》雜誌社副社長。目前活躍於華語文壇的主要大洋洲小說家之一。
文學生涯，起步於大學時代在《譯林》刊發長篇翻譯小說，以及在報刊發表短篇小說。90年代移民出國，長期在歐洲和澳洲經商。定居墨爾本後，求學於墨爾本神學院和Ridley神學院，獲ACT碩士。
2018年重新發表作品，在歐陽昱老師等邀請下，加入原鄉等詩歌群體。小說刊發見於《芙蓉》、《文學港》、《江南》、《莽原》、《安徽文學》和《四川文學》等多種中國文學期刊。 2019年在澳洲獲華人作家節散文獎項。2020年獲Ewing Trust 作家獎和第三屆國際微詩大賽優秀獎；第一部小說集《水蜘蛛的最後一個夏天》獲僑聯總會2020年海外著述獎; 詩歌刊發於《創世紀詩雜誌》《乾坤》等，並入選《詩參考》庚子年選以及花城版《2020中國詩歌年選》。2021年4月在臺灣出版第二部小說集《騎在魚背離去》。
