Kiff Dai, from Shanghai China. In 1985, him and Guangtian Zhang published Shanghai’s first pop songs magazine “Farewell”. In 1986, Kiff entered the “Music Radio Competition”, hosted by Shanghai People’s Radio Station，he received the third price with his original composition “Resonance of the Dominant 7th”. In 1987, He formed Shanghai’s first original band “Sun Fellow”, as composer, lyricist and Guitarist. Their compositions including “ Brahms”, “Father”, “The girl married American”, “The Wicked Postman” etc. They performed at numerous Shanghai’s Universities and colleges. During this time when Shanghai was heavily influenced by Hongkongnese and Taiwanese pop songs, “Sun Fellow” became a unique cultural phenomena in Shanghai. They were interviewed by Shanghai’s main media companies.
In 1990, Kiff renamed his band into “ Heavy Duty”, they participated in “New Development, premier of 90s Shanghai contemporary bands. It is a breakthrough of the Shanghai’s rock music scene. In 1995, Kiff joins Shanghai New Music Studio, composed and produced the album “Material Girl” for Shadow, famously known as “the Musical Queen” . Among the album, “Beneath the Sunny Wings”, “Warm Night”, “Sing Alone”, were published as MV, broadcasting in many Chinese TV Stations.
In 1997, Kiff established “Shanghai Sync Music Studio”, engaging in music compositions and productions for film and advertisement. Films and TV shows includes “ Space Robbery”, “Tender Trap”, “Red Apple Garden”, “The Dream of Star”, “Furious Romantic Youth”. The sound tracks of “Red Apple Garden” have many plays on music streaming platforms. At the same time, Kiff led his teams from Shanghai and Beijing’s Sync Music, produced over 10000 of commercial music in the time frame of 20 years. Companies worked with including “Coca Cola”, “ KFC”,”Pizza Hut”, “Volkswagen”,”Jeep”, “HiTachi”，
“Nissan”，”Nike”, “Unilever”, “PepsiCo” and on and on. He is a heavy influencer in the area of commercial music production.
In 2018, Kiff relocated Sync Music Studio to Melbourne. Sync Music Melbourne will keep continue dedicating to inspire and connect the world through music.

叶亏夫本名戴立新，中国上海人，1985年与张广天创办了上海最早的⺠间流 行歌曲刊物《再⻅》，1986年，叶亏夫参加了上海人⺠广播电台举办的“音乐广 播大奖赛”，以一曲自己原创的《属七和弦的共鸣》，获得了演唱三等奖。1987 年，叶亏夫成立了上海第一支原创型的乐队“太阳同伴”，担任作词作曲 ，吉他 演奏，创作了《勃拉姆斯》、《爸爸》、《嫁给美国人的姑娘》、《恶邮差》 等几十首歌曲，在上海各大院校巡回演出，这在当年港台流行歌曲充斥上海的 大背景下，“太阳同伴”乐队是一个上海特有的文化现象。受到了上海各大主流 媒体的关注，并给予报道。
1990年，叶亏夫将“太阳同伴”乐队改名为“重点工程”乐队，参加了上海⻩埔体 育馆举行的“新开发–90上海现代演唱组首展”，是上海摇滚乐队的第一次新势力 爆发。1995年加盟上海新音乐工作室，为当年的签约艺人，如今乐坛颇具影响 力的音乐剧女王影子作曲、编曲制作了专辑“物质女孩”，其中歌曲《阳光的翅 膀下”“暖夜”“独自歌唱”拍摄了MV，在国内各大电视台播出。
1997年叶亏夫成立上海同步音乐工作室，专业从事影视音乐、广告音乐的制 作。电影、电视剧作曲品有《太空劫持》、《温柔陷阱》(江珊、魏子主 演)，《红苹果乐园》《星梦缘》《激速浪漫⻘春》(⻩圣依等主演)，其中 《红苹果乐园》的歌曲在现今的网络平台也有着较高的点击率。同时，叶亏夫 率领他的上海和北京同步音乐的团队，在20年间创作、制作了近万条广告音乐 和音频。作品涉及众多国际大品牌:可可口乐、肯德基、必胜客、大众汽⻋、 jeep、日立、尼桑、耐克、联合利华、百事⻝品等，在中国广告音乐音频制作 领域有着重大的影响力。
2018年，叶亏夫将同步音乐的制作中心转移到了墨尔本，墨尔本同步音乐将 继续为全世界制造音乐，发出声音。
