陈秋平，资深影视编剧，导演。北京电影家协会编剧分会副会长，中国广播电视协会电视剧编剧工作委员会会员，中国电影文学学会理事。
1.编剧作品：电影《飞歌的夏天》（2010年），电视剧《壮士出川》（该剧获2014年金鹰奖优秀电视剧奖），电视剧《大牧歌》（2018年5月央视8套播出），电视剧《启航》（2019年1月央视1套开年大戏），《吉他兄弟》（2019年1月拍摄，近期将在央视8套播出），电视剧《像我们这样奋斗》（2021年6月在江苏电视台播出），电视剧《大漠水神》（已拍摄完成，正后期制作中）。
