1960. Live and study in Chongqing Song and Dance Troupe.
In 1965, Mr. Liu Dehai from the China Conservatory of Music personally named him a direct disciple.
During the period from 1966 to I981, the masters of the Central Conservatory of Music, Mr. Lin Shicheng, Mr. Wang Fandi, and the famous veteran pipa educator and conductor Mr. Qin Pengzhang personally and carefully taught and guided.
In 1982, he was awarded the Outstanding Creation of Pipa Solo (by the Water) National Music, which was included in the Pipa Music Collection (Volume 1) of the People’s Publishing House.
In 1989, I authorized the Central People’s Broadcasting Station to record 18 pieces of Pipa folk music and were selected to participate in the International Music Exchange Competition, and won the International New Composition (Excellence Award).
In 1989, he became a member of China Xinjiang Music Association.
In 1990, he became a member of the Chinese Pipa Research Association.
In 1990, he was employed as the deputy head of Xinjiang of the National Music Committee of the China Music Association.
In 2002, he served as the director of the Pipa Professional Association of the Chinese National Orchestra Society.

From 1972 to 2013, I trained students to be admitted to Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Tianjin Conservatory of Music, Sichuan Conservatory of Music, Guangdong Conservatory of Music, Beijing PLA Art Academy.
王晓梅
国家二级演奏员，出生于音乐世家，曾在重庆市歌舞剧团工作，现居墨尔本，系中国音乐学院刘德海老师亲自点名为亲传的弟子。由中央音乐学院大师林石城先生，王范地先生、著名老前辈琵琶教育家，指挥家秦鹏章先生亲自精心传授和指导。1982年，荣获优秀创作琵琶独奏曲(在水边)民族音乐，收进人民出版社琵琶曲集(第一集)中。本人授中央人民广播电台录制琵琶民族音乐十八首创作的曲目选入参加国际音乐交流比赛中，荣莸国际新创作曲目(优秀奖)。系中国新疆音乐协会会员、中国琵琶研究会会员、中国音乐家协会民族音乐委员会新疆副组长、中国民族管弦乐学会琵琶专业会理事、新疆音乐家协会中级考官… 多年来众多学生考进了艺术院校：上海音乐学院，天津音乐学院，四川音乐学院，广州音乐学院，北京解放军艺术学院
