Ms Yaping Jiang graduated from China’s Sichuan Institute of
Fine Arts with a Bachelor of Arts and obtained a post-graduate
Diploma in Art Education from MIT University in Melbourne.
Her paintings strive to find a balance between the Eastern and
Western cultural consciousness and have a strong sense of
modernity, and her works have won numerous awards in Australia
and been widely collected by private individuals.
Yaping founded New Star Art more than 20 years ago, and in that
time she has successfully combined modern art education concepts
with teaching methods yielding immediate results, creating a
unique artistic style. New Star Art is Melbourne’s most reputable
art brand.
